OUR PROCESS

1. Questionnaire

Fill in our questionnaire by selecting the items and quantities you need. Also send us inspiration pictures or a mood board depicting your vision.

2. Custom Proposal

We create a custom design proposal & quote based on the initial ideas we received and send it to you.

3. Revisions & Follow-up

Once you’ve had a chance to review the proposal, you can send us feedback. We are happy to chat through anything that needs adjusting and send you a second draft. Enquire about a consultation if you’d like to discuss the proposal in person.

4. Contract & Deposit

Once you are happy with the design we can make it official! When you have agreed to our terms and conditions and your 50% booking fee has been settled, your date will be reserved in our calendar.

5. Fine-tune & Final Payment

We schedule a final clarity meeting to ensure that you are 100% happy with the design plan. A final invoice gets sent.

6. Wedding Time!

We work on creating an amazing experience for you and your guests.

OUR PRICING OPTIONS

We offer three pricing packages. The option you choose gets custom-tailored to your unique vision.

The final cost is determined by:

guest count
size of arrangements / installations
use of seasonal vs imported flowers
location of wedding
scale of work and labour required
whether designs are foliage or flower heavy

Items from different pricing packages may be mixed to create your ideal vision (e.g., you may opt for a Statement bouquet within the Signature Package, or add on an Extravagant feature to the Statement or Signature package).
