QUESTIONS ANSWERED

Our availability can only be confirmed once your date and venue are officially booked. We also require your confirmed location to accurately calculate setup and breakdown costs.

To maintain our signature aesthetic and high standard of service, our minimum floral investment is 40 000. This allows us to source premium blooms and work with a skilled team to bring your vision to life.

Note that this only covers the essentials for a beautiful celebration (see our Core Essentials sample package for details) – for statement florals, a higher budget is required.

Your budget is the foundation of the design proposal. It guides the selection of flowers, the scale of arrangements, and helps us plan intentional designs that make the most of your investment – without it, we cannot provide a proper quotation.

Besides florals, our quotes also include labour, travel, and supplies. Travel and supply costs are fixed and apply regardless of the order size. Labour includes all creative, physical, and logistical work – from design and production to on-site setup. Our team handles every detail to ensure a seamless floral experience.

Flower varieties cannot be guaranteed, as their availability depends on seasonality, weather, and quality at the time of sourcing – all factors we have no control over. Most of Bloeme’s clients choose our services because they connect with our style and trust our judgement to interpret their vision. While we always work within the agreed brief, what we deliver is a look and feel rather than a promise of specific stems.

For consistency and quality, we supply all florals and vessels. The vessels and flowers influence the design, so we carefully select options that suit your brief. We don’t work with client-supplied flowers or containers, as we can’t guarantee their suitability.

Our scope of service includes decor that complements our floral designs, such as vases, candles, and candleholders. Tablecloths and napkins can be arranged upon special request, though linens require additional time and staff for collection, setup, and returns, which may incur extra costs.
