How do I know what end result I can expect?
We create lookbooks with each quote to enable you visualise our design concept. Each client who wishes to proceed with Bloeme’s services also receives an in-person/virtual clarity meeting to go over the details and ask questions. We also offer mock-ups on special request.
Can I hire/supply vases?
The shape and size of the vessel will affect the arrangement style. For this reason, we don’t allow you to supply vases. In the lookbook and during the clarity meeting we will offer you options to choose from.
Can I choose/supply flowers?
Part of our responsibility is to select the best product for the design and conditions. For this reason we take sole responsibility for sourcing the flowers. We do not have control over the quality and appropriateness of the product for a design if it is supplied by someone else. We can also not guarantee specific flower varieties, as availability is influenced by factors out of our control (e.g., weather conditions growers experience). We can, however, stick to your desired colour palette and look & feel given the varieties that are available in the week of your wedding.
Can the ceremony flowers be repurposed?
Yes, arrangements can be repurposed, but discuss this with us beforehand so we can make sure that the design suits both settings. Also keep in mind that if the ceremony flowers are to be exposed to sun and wind, it may not look as fresh by the time it is repurposed in the reception area. We do not recommend relying solely on the repurposed flowers for your reception – but it will make a beautiful accompaniment!
Do you have a minimum spend?
Our minimum spend for weddings is R35 000. If it is a small celebration, or your wedding date falls out of peak season a different baseline rate may apply.

Statement features could include:
• a welcome sign and/or seating chart arrangement
• some aisle arrangements
• a hanging installation
• cascading (i.e., waterfall) sweetheart table arrangement
that accompany bouquets and boutonnieres, an impactful ceremony arch or altar arrangements, a bar arrangement, coffee and cocktail table arrangements, and reception arrangements with candles
This tier typically includes two to three statement floral features in addition to the ceremony backdrop (depending on the budget) – any more statement details usually require a showstopper budget
(unless you’re envisioning pure greenery-led designs)
All the foundational florals for a beautiful wedding.
The Core Essentials include:
• bridal bouquet
• bridesmaid bouquets
• boutonnieres
• a basic ceremony arch or two altar arrangements
• some stem vases for coffee and cocktail tables
• small to medium bar arrangement (depending on budget)
• a medium centerpiece p/table or a selection of bud vases p/table
• candles (depending on budget)
This budget typically excludes statement details like aisle arrangements, hanging installations, and floral runners
(unless you’re envisioning pure greenery-led designs)
